Women's Investment Network (WIN-PAC)

WIN-PAC was formed in 1988 solely to help elect non-incumbent, pro-choice women to the Oregon legislature. Under guidelines adopted in 1994, WIN-PAC now supports only Democratic women candidates, but still does not support any candidate challenging a pro-choice Democratic or woman incumbent.
